Important game to mention about took place in Barcelos. Sixth ranked Barcelos (7-6) saved a 3-point victory at home edging one of their biggest challengers Ovarense (7-6) 64-61 in the game for the fourth place. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Ovarense. American guard Andrew Ferry (190-90, college: Cornell) orchestrated the victory by scoring 25 points.
