Regular Season Round 23: BK Kolin - BK Decin 71-82

NBL top team - BK Decin (19-2) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat fifth ranked BK Kolin (9-12) 82-71. It looked good early as BK Kolin took a 3-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then BK Decin had a 23-19 second period charge getting the lead and BK Kolin was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 71-82. It was a great evening for international guard Tomas Vyoral (190-92) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Swingman Lubos Stria (197-81) helped adding 10 points. American forward Lee Skinner (198-92, college: Wofford) responded with 14 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and Montenegrin Bojan Bakic (195-83, agency: Interperformances) scored 13 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. BK Decin have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain first place with 19-2 record. BK Kolin at the other side dropped to the sixth position with 12 games lost. BK Decin will play against bottom-ranked MMCITE Brno (#12) at home in the next round which should be an easy win for them. BK Kolin will play against BK Lions Hradec (#10) in J.Hradec and hopes to get back on the winning track.
