The game between Top Four teams took place in Riga. Leader Latvian host TTT Riga (7-0) smashed 3rd placed Kazakhstan Astana Tigers (3-4) 90-46. TTT Riga dominated on the defensive end, holding Astana Tigers to just 6 points in third quarter.
