There was no surprise in Belo Horizonte where 14th ranked Caxias do Sul (4-12) was defeated by eighth ranked Minas (8-8) 77-67. The game was mostly controlled by Minas. Caxias do Sul was better in fourth quarter 20-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Minas players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists.
