But Boras II was not able to use a home court advantage and was edged by the opponent from Lomma 84-83 on Sunday night. Boras II was trailing by 4 points at halftime but managed to get 7-point lead after three quarters before a 25-17 charge of Lobas, which allowed them to win the game. Strangely Boras II outrebounded Lobas 35-23 including a 17-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was guard Jesper Wennerholm (188-96) who scored 29 points and 7 rebounds. Guard Timmie Andersson (190-97) chipped in 15 points and 5 rebounds. Five Lobas players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was point guard Emil Lundstedt (175-94) who recorded a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!), 10 rebounds and 4 assists and forward John Brandmark (200-97) added 16 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Boras II's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Lobas will face RIG Mark (#7) in Kinna in the next round. Boras II will play at home against Trelleborg and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
