Bauru held off Quimsa to clinch the top position in Group B. Ricardo Fischer scored 24 points, issued 9 assists and grabbed 7 rebounds to lead the winners. Bauru accounted for a 33:27 halftime lead. They held off Quimsa comeback efforts in the second half and raced to the third straight victory. Rafael Hettsheimer finished with 21 points and 13 rebounds in the win. Gabriel Deck answered with 15 points for Quimsa. Robert Battle and Nicolas Romano had 14 points each in the loss.
