There was no surprise when 10th ranked Kara Trutnov (4-13) was defeated at home by fourth ranked Slavoj BK Litomerice (12-6) 87-71 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was center Martin Klimes (203-83, college: Vermont) who had a double-double by scoring 28 points and 12 rebounds (on 12-of-14 shooting from the field). Adam Zampach (198-90) chipped in a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was point guard Ladislav Maly (181-84) who recorded a double-double by scoring 19 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Ales Peterka (190-91) added 18 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Kara Trutnov's coach Ladislav Maly let to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Slavoj BK Litomerice have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place in Group A, which they share with USK Praha B and Nymburk B. Kara Trutnov lost third consecutive game. They keep the tenth position with 13 games lost.
