Regular Season Round 29: BK Decin - USK Praha 78-69

NBL top team - BK Decin (22-4) managed to deliver another win on Wednesday. This time they beat fifth ranked USK Praha (12-15) 78-69. BK Decin made 22-of-25 free shots (88.0 percent) during the game. BK Decin outrebounded USK Praha 35-23 including 18 on the offensive glass. International guard Tomas Vyoral (190-92) orchestrated the victory by scoring 24 points. The former international Jakub Houska (207-82) contributed with 12 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. BK Decin's coach Pavel Budinsky used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Swingman Michal Mares (192-92) answered with 16 points and swingman Petr Safarcik (193-94) added 12 points and 6 assists in the effort for USK Praha. Four USK Praha players scored in double figures. BK Decin maintains first place with 22-4 record. USK Praha at the other side dropped to the sixth position with 15 games lost. BK Decin are looking forward to face NH Ostrava (#7) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. USK Praha will play against BK Lions Hradec in J.Hradec and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
