BK Kolin (#5) was upset in Svitavy by eighth ranked Basketbal Svitavy 74-63. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of BK Kolin. BK Kolin's coach Predrag Benacek rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Basketbal Svitavy maintains eighth position with 11-17 record. Loser BK Kolin keeps the fifth place with 15 games lost. They share the position with USK Praha. Basketbal Svitavy will meet MMCITE Brno (#11) on the road in the next round. BK Kolin will play against the league's second-placed Prostejov (#2) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
