Preliminary Round Round 12: Guaros - Brasilia 73-75

Brasilia snatched a tough victory over Guaros to seal their semifinal stage appearance. Pilar Alves and Deryk Ramos posted 15 points each to lead the Brazilian powerhouse. Brasilia earned a 39:37 halftime lead. They stretched the gap at 5-point mark at the final intermission. Guaros cut the deficit in the fourth frame but came up short of victory at the end. Lucas Cipolini and Jefferson Campos provided 10 points each for the winners. Zach Graham responded with 20 points and 6 rebounds for Guaros as they also clinched the next round birth.
