Second Stage Round 1: Opava B - USK Praha B 77-65

The game between closely ranked teams ended with B&W Opava B's (1-4) home victory over USK Praha B (2-3) 77-65 on Thursday. B&W Opava B forced 22 USK Praha B turnovers. USK Praha B was plagued by 29 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a very good performance for power forward Jiri Dihel (198-87) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 5 rebounds. Swingman Robin Matejka (190-93) contributed with 16 points for the winners. B&W Opava B's coach Petr Valecek used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Point guard Ondrej Sehnal (190-97) answered with 21 points and guard Jakub Tuma (192-98) added 15 points and 5 assists in the effort for USK Praha B. B&W Opava B will face Nymburk B (#4) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. USK Praha B will play against Olomouc and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
