Quarter-Finals Round 4: Beijing Ducks - Xinjiang FT 94-103

Xinjiang Flying Tigers advanced into the CBA semifinals. They dethroned Beijing Ducks handing them the third loss in the series. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 31-20. But Beijing Ducks won third quarter 30-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Xinjiang Flying Tige won last quarter 26-18. 28 personal fouls committed by Beijing Ducks helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American-Filipino power forward Andray Blatche (211-86) fired 26 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. International center Qi Zhou (217-96) chipped in 9 points and 16 rebounds. American power forward Randolph Morris (211-86, college: Kentucky) produced 26 points and 9 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Stephon Marbury (188-77, college: Georgia Tech) added 29 points respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
