SEQ upset Dandenong to advance into the preliminary Final. Dandenong Rangers were ahead by 7 points after three quarters before a 31-20 charge of SEQ, which allowed them to win the game. They made 25-of-33 charity shots (75.8 percent) during the game. SEQ outrebounded Dandenong Rangers 41-29 including a 32-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Dandenong Rangers were plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. Nigerian-American Ify Ibekwe (187-89, college: Arizona, agency: LBM Management) nailed a double-double by scoring 21 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side and the former international Rachel Jarry (185-91) accounted for 25 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists.
