We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 8th ranked Kronos AD (5-11) was defeated on the road by ninth ranked Ippokratis (5-11) 67-62. Ippokratis players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. The winners were led by American swingman Korinne Campbell (184-88, college: W.Virginia) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Victoria-Konstantina Gounari (172-95) supported her with 20 points. Even a double-double of 17 points and 17 rebounds by U.S. Virgin Islands-American swingman Natalie Day (182-90, college: Portland) did not help to save the game for Kronos AD. Forward Maria Xanthou (186-82) added 9 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Ippokratis moved-up to eighth place, which they share with defeated Kronos AD. Kronos AD lost sixth consecutive game. Ippokratis' next round opponent will be league's leader Olympiacos Pireus in Ellinikou and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
