The most surprising game was another loss of top-ranked BK Decin (25-7) on the court of twelfth ranked MMCITE Brno on Wednesday night. Visitors were edged by MMCITE Brno 72-71. MMCITE Brno forced 19 BK Decin turnovers. American center Paul Egwuonwu (206-91, college: Montana St.) saved the victory by scoring 18 points and 9 rebounds. American-British guard Michael Ojo (195-89, college: Lehigh, agency: HMS) contributed with 23 points for the winners. Swingman Lubos Stria (197-81) answered with 21 points and 7 rebounds and the former international Jakub Houska (207-82) added 14 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for BK Decin. BK Decin's coach Pavel Budinsky rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. MMCITE Brno (7-25) moved-up to eleventh place. BK Decin at the other side still keeps top position with seven games lost. MMCITE Brno are looking forward to face bottom-ranked BK Lions Hradec (#12) in J.Hradec in the next round. BK Decin will play at home against CEZ Nymburk (#10) and is hoping to win this game.
