Ammerus Bskt eased past Asker Aliens into the semifinal stage of the championship. Asker Aliens were trailing by 1 point at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 27-12 charge of Ammerud Bskt, which allowed them to win the game. American forward Ronald Timus (196-84, college: Morgan St.) fired a double-double by scoring 23 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. American-Somalian point guard Zaki Ise Mohamed (183-87, college: New Hampshire) chipped in 18 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals.
