Bottom-ranked BK Lions Hradec managed to get a eighth victory, breaking the ten-game losing streak. This time they won against eleventh-ranked MMCITE Brno in J.Hradec 90-80. It was a good game for American point guard Stephon Lamar (184, college: Pacific) who led his team to a victory with 19 points and 5 rebounds. The other American import point guard Brison White (182-92, college: Northwestern St.) contributed with 20 points for the winners. BK Lions Hradec's coach Karel Forejt allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Four MMCITE Brno players scored in double figures. BK Lions Hradec (8-26) moved-up to eleventh place. MMCITE Brno at the other side dropped to the bottom. BK Lions Hradec will have a break next round. MMCITE Brno will play at home against BK Opava (#3) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
