Important game to mention about took place in Eskilstuna. Fifth ranked Eskilstuna (5-5) saved a 2-point victory at home edging 6th ranked KFUM Central (2-8) 75-73 on Saturday evening. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But KFUM Central won fourth quarter 25-22. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Eskilstuna players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. It was a good game for Spanish guard Julian Lopez (187-94) who led his team to a victory with 17 points and 4 assists. Forward Johannes Hidirsah (190-95) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Four Eskilstuna players scored in double figures. Jean-charles Coffi answered with 27 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Abram Viklund (196) added 20 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for KFUM Central. Eskilstuna maintains fifth place in Superettan with 5-5 record. Newly promoted KFUM Central dropped to the seventh position with eight games lost. Eskilstuna will play against league's leader Solna Branten on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. KFUM Central will have a break next round.
