The game between closely ranked teams ended with third ranked Contern's (7-17) road victory over 4th placed Grengewald (14-10) 72-61 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Contern. Grengewald was better in third quarter 25-24. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Contern moved-up to second place in League. Newly promoted Grengewald keeps the fourth position with ten games lost. Contern will face BC Mess (#3) in Mondercange in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Grengewald will play on the road against Soleuvre in Belvaux and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
