No shocking result in a game when eighteenth ranked Kara Trutnov (5-15) defeated at home bottom-ranked VK VSB Ost. (3-17) 83-67 on Sunday. It was a great shooting night for Kara Trutnov especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 53.3 percentage. Point guard Ladislav Maly (181-84) fired 15 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Forward Richard Musel (208-96) chipped in a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds. Five Kara Trutnov players scored in double figures. Jan Leczo (197-96) produced 22 points and 9 rebounds and Lubomir Oswald added 11 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. VK VSB Ost.'s coach Miroslav Pacut rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Kara Trutnov maintains eighteenth position in Places 13-20 with 5-15 record. VK VSB Ost. lost tenth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with 17 games lost. Kara Trutnov will face Sokol Slapnice (#19) on the road in the next round. VK VSB Ost. will play against BK Kondori Liberec and hope to win that game.
