Basketligan top team - Sodertalje Kings (27-3) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eighth ranked Malbas (12-18) in Malmo 84-58. The game without a history. Sodertalje Kings led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Malbas' 34. Sodertalje Kings players were unselfish on offense dishing 30 assists. American guard Skyler Bowlin (190-89, college: Missouri So.) had a double-double by scoring 12 points, 13 assists and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and Croatian forward Toni Bizaca (202-82, agency: XL Basketball Agency) chipped in 17 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Five Sodertalje Kings players scored in double figures. The former international center Carl Engstrom (216-91, college: Alabama) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 17 rebounds and 8 assists and American guard Connor Miller (195-92, college: Minn.St.-Mankato, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) scored 13 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion maintains first position with 27-3 record. Newly promoted Malbas keep the eighth place with 18 games lost.
