Play-Offs Round 1: Ksiezak Lowicz - Start Lublin II 125-65

Ksiezak Lowicz dominated down low during the game scoring 78 of its points in the paint compared to Start Lublin II's 30. Ksiezak Lowicz forced 21 Start Lublin II turnovers and outrebounded them 39-28 including 26 on the defensive glass. It was a very good performance for naturalized German power forward Alexander Machowski (205-91) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 27 points and 12 rebounds (on 13-of-16 shooting from the field). Arkadiusz Kobus (196-86, agency: Promotex) contributed with 22 points and 8 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) for the winners. Four Ksiezak Lowicz players scored in double figures. Forward Wojciech Halas (199-95) answered with 24 points and 9 rebounds and guard Bartlomiej Pelczar (181-0) added 14 points in the effort for Start Lublin II. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
