Regular Season Round 25: Cassino - Scauri 80-94

Another exciting game was between seventh ranked Scauri and 4th placed Cassino where Scauri (14-10) won against Cassino (17-8) on the road 94-80. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Cassino. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Andrea Lombardo (195-90) who helped to win the game recording 25 points. Naturalized Argentinian point guard Dante Richotti (180-85) contributed with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners. Swingman Fabio Lovatti (194-89) answered with 13 points and 8 assists and naturalized Argentinian swingman Manuel Carrizo (198-80, agency: Players Group) added 18 points in the effort for Cassino. Five Scauri and four Cassino players scored in double figures. Cassino's coach Luca Vettese rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Newly promoted Scauri maintains seventh place with 14-10 record. Cassino at the other side dropped to the third position with eight games lost. They share it with 3 other teams.
