Guaros celebrated the Liga Americas title. They knocked down Bauru in the exciting Final in Barquisimeto. Damien Wilkins posted 20 points and was named the MVP. Bauru dominated in the first period. They jumped to a 23:16 lead after the opening quarter. Guaros however erased the gap in the second period. They tied things up at 33 at the big break. Guaros unleashed 26 points in the third stanza to pull in front. They stayed red hot offensively in the fourth period. The hosts drained 25 points in the final stanza and raced away with the victory. Zach Graham tossed in 19 points, while Tyshawn Taylor contributed 18 points for the hosts. Murilo Becker responded with 19 points for Bauru. Alex Garcia chipped in 18 points, grabbed 9 rebounds and issued 6 assists in the loss.
