JX-Eneos Sunflowers celebrated the WJBL title. They overcame Fujitsu RW in Game 4 of the championship series to clinch 3-1 victory. Fujitsu RW trailed by 12 points after 3 quarters before a 22-19 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 66-75 at the end of the game. JX-Eneos S. made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. JX-Eneos S. outrebounded Fujitsu RW 54-43 including 25 on the offensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international power forward Ramu Tokashiki (191-91) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 24 points and 13 rebounds and international point guard Asami Yoshida (165-87) who added 21 points and 5 assists during the contest. At the losing side international point guard Rui Machida (161-93) responded with 20 points and 8 rebounds and international point guard Mio Shinozaki (167-91) scored 12 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists.
