Quarter-Finals Round 4: Esprit Kosice - Levice 93-82

Esprit Kosice advanced into SBL semifinal stage. They knocked down Levice to win the series 3-1. The game was mostly controlled by Esprit Kosice. Levice managed to win fourth quarter 25-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Levice 39-24 including a 29-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. Esprit Kosice looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. 27 personal fouls committed by Levice helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Michal Batka (204-87) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 8 rebounds. Serbian guard Aleksandar Vlahovic (190-90, agency: 011 Sports) contributed with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. American point guard Cliff Colimon (182-89, college: E.Washington) replied with 18 points and Serbian swingman Milos Markovic (201-84, agency: 011 Sports) added 8 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Levice. Five Esprit Kosice and four Levice players scored in double figures.
