The game between Top Four teams took place in Hradec Kralove. First ranked host Sokol Hradec Kralove (8-2) defeated 3rd ranked USK Praha B (4-6) 84-66. Sokol Hradec Kralove players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by USK Praha B's players. It was a good game for power forward Tomas Kirsbaum (205-82) who led his team to a victory with 23 points and 8 rebounds. Point guard Tomas Macela (178-88) contributed with 18 points, 5 rebounds, 9 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Sokol Hradec Kralove's coach Lubomir Peterka allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Forward Jan Sterba (200-95) replied with 18 points and 8 rebounds and forward Vilem Svoboda (201-95) added 21 points in the effort for USK Praha B. Sokol Hradec Kralove maintains first position in Places 1-6 with 8-2 record. Newly promoted USK Praha B dropped to the fifth place with six games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
