No shocking result in a game when third ranked Kumanovo 2009 (15-7) crushed at home 6th ranked Rabotnicki (9-13) 98-67 on Saturday. The game without a history. Kumanovo 2009 led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Kumanovo 2009 made 18-of-20 free shots (90.0 percent) during the game. Kumanovo 2009 forced 19 Rabotnicki turnovers. Kumanovo 2009 looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The former international power forward Bojan Trajkovski (206-88, agency: Mansfield and Associates) notched a double-double by scoring 26 points and 13 rebounds to lead the effort and the former international point guard Aleksandar Kostoski (186-88, agency: Beo Basket) supported him with 17 points and 8 assists. Kumanovo 2009's coach Marijan Srbinovski felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even a double-double of 18 points and 11 rebounds by the former international Gjorgi Cekovski (203-79) did not help to save the game for Rabotnicki. The former international forward Dime Tasovski (200-80) added 12 points and 9 rebounds for lost side. Five Kumanovo 2009 and four Rabotnicki players scored in double figures. Kumanovo 2009 maintains third position with 15-7 record having three points less than leader MZT Skopje. Rabotnicki at the other side keeps the sixth place with 13 games lost. Kumanovo 2009 will meet Feni Industries (#4) in the next round. Rabotnicki will play against Best Gevgelija and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
