Maccabi Ashdod cruised past Bnot Hertzeliya to take 2-1 lead in the series. Maccabi Ashdod dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Bnot Hertzeliya's 14 and made 28-of-33 charity shots (84.8 percent) during the game. Maccabi Ashdod had a 27-16 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Bnot Hertzeliya's players. Bnot Hertzeliya was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for international forward Alysha Clark (178-87, college: Middle Tenn.St.) who led the winners and scored 18 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. American Tanisha Wright (180-83, college: Penn St., agency: LBM Management) accounted for 9 points, 7 rebounds and 12 assists for the winning side. Four Maccabi Ashdod players scored in double figures. Maccabi Ashdod's coach Adan Inbar felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American center Michelle Snow (196-80, college: Tennessee, agency: LBM Management) came up with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 15 rebounds and the other American import guard Jasmine Thomas (175-89, college: Duke) added 19 points and 4 assists respectively for Bnot Hertzeliya in the defeat.
