1/8 Finals Round 4: Petrochema - Telsiai 63-47

Petrochema fired past Telsiai to seal their next round appearance. It was a very close game until the last quarter, when Petrochema's pressure prevailed and they won that period 22-8 extending their advantage to 16 points. They dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Telsiai's 32. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Henrikas Vorotnikovas (203-90) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds. Evaldas Aniulis (186-92, college: High School) contributed with 2 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Power forward Mindaugas Norkus (200-85) replied with 8 points and 7 rebounds and forward Ovidijus Kaminskas (195-91) added 7 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Telsiai. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
