Semi-Finals Game 3: UU-Korihait - Porvoon Tarmo 99-72

UU-Korihait overcame Porvoon Tarmo to complete the sweep of the semifinal series. UU-Korihait led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Porvoon Tarmo's 40. They outrebounded Porvoon Tarmo 43-32 including a 34-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. UU-Korihait players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Porvoon Tarmo's players. It was a good game for American swingman Reginald Bratton (193-86, college: Lenoir-Rhyne, agency: Blacktop Management) who led his team to a victory with 25 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field). His fellow American import power forward Marcus Van (201-87, college: Cent.Michigan) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 17 rebounds for the winners. Four UU-Korihait players scored in double figures. Guard Sami Ikavalko (187-89) answered with 20 points and forward Connor Donaldsson (201-89) added 13 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Porvoon Tarmo. Porvoon Tarmo's coach gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win.
