Castors Braine thumped Houthalen to surge ahead in the series. The game without a history. Castors Braine led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Houthalen to just 6 points in third quarter. Castors Braine dominated down low during the game scoring 80 of its points in the paint compared to Houthalen's 26 and made 17-of-18 free shots (94.4 percent) during the game. Castors Braine forced 23 Houthalen turnovers and outrebounded them 43-20 including a 16-4 advantage in offensive rebounds.
