Semi-Finals Game 2: Fubon Braves - Pure Youth 72-92

Pure Youth outgunned Fubon Braves to even the semifinal series. The game was mostly controlled by Pure Youth. Fubon Braves was better in second period 23-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 16-of-18 charity shots (88.9 percent) during the game. The former international swingman Wen-Cheng Tsai (190-85) scored 26 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American power forward Darian Townes (208-84) chipped in 7 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. American center Earl Barron (211-81, college: Memphis) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and guard Wei-Che Lin (182-92) scored 7 points. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
