USK Praha B outlasted Zlin to reach the next round of the playoffs. SKB Zlin was ahead by 4 points at the halftime before a 56-24 second half run of USK Praha B. They dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to SKB Zlin's 32. They outrebounded SKB Zlin 43-22 including a 27-16 advantage in defensive rebounds.
