Semi-Finals Game 2: FoA - HyPo 46-86

HyPo cruised past FoA on the road to gain the second straight victory in the series. HyPo dominated on the defensive end, holding Forssan Alku to just 5 points in second quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Forssan Alku's 26. HyPo forced 19 Forssan Alku turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Forssan Alku's players. The former international center Taru Tuukkanen (192-77, college: Xavier, agency: Regeneracom Sports) had a double-double by scoring 16 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Titta-Riina Lepisto (184-90) chipped in 23 points during the contest. Four HyPo players scored in double figures. American guard Candice Warthen (165-92, college: Arizona) responded with 16 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and her fellow American import guard Precious Bridges (165-92, college: Mercer) scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
