Good Angels fired past Samorin to take 2-0 lead in the semifinal series. The game without a history. Good Angels led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Samorin to just 6 points in second quarter. Good Angels dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Samorin's 42. They outrebounded Samorin 39-28 including 31 on the defensive glass. Slovenian point guard Teja Oblak (172-90) orchestrated the victory by scoring 17 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. International point guard Barbora Balintova (175-94) contributed with 16 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Five Good Angels players scored in double figures. Good Angels' coach felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The former international power forward Romana Vynuchalova (192-86, college: Penn St., agency: Regeneracom Sports) replied with 13 points and 7 rebounds and American forward Brittany Lewis (188-89, college: Louisiana Tech) added 10 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Samorin.
