Njardvik held off KR to even the semifinal series. The hosts trailed by 7 points after three quarters before their 25-16 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Strangely KR outrebounded Njardvik 44-25 including a 13-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The former international Haukur Palsson (197-92, college: Maryland) orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points and 6 rebounds. The former international Logi Gunnarsson (190-81) contributed with 23 points and 5 assists for the winners. Swingman Darri Hilmarsson (190-87) replied with 28 points and 9 rebounds and the former international guard Pavel Ermolinskij (202-87) added 17 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for KR.
