Quarter-Finals Round 4: Petrochema - Vytis 71-69

Petrochema eked out a tough home win over Vytis to force the decisive fifth game in the series. Vytis was trailing by 9 points at halftime but managed to get 5-point lead after three quarters before a 19-14 charge of Petrochema, which allowed them to win the game. Petrochema outrebounded Vytis 51-30 including a 36-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. 39 personal fouls committed by Vytis helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Tomas Milinskas (202-90) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks. Point guard Tadas Sebeziovas (185-85) contributed with 22 points for the winners. Guard Ignas Vaitkus (183-98) replied with 25 points and 5 rebounds and forward Marijus Uzupis (197-93) added 10 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Vytis. Four Vytis players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
