Semi-Finals Game 6: Fubon Braves - Pure Youth 64-77

Pure Youth knocked down Fubon Braves to win the semifinal series 4-2. The game without a history. Pure Youth led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Pure Youth outrebounded Fubon Braves 45-32 including 35 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for American power forward Darian Townes (208-84) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 16 rebounds and 4 blocks. The former international swingman Wen-Cheng Tsai (190-85) contributed with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Four Pure Youth players scored in double figures. American center Earl Barron (211-81, college: Memphis) replied with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists and Yu-Lin Chang (190-86) added 16 points in the effort for Fubon Braves. Fubon Braves' coach Hang-Shu Yan rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
