Sallen held off Udominate to even the semifinal series. The hosts trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 39-23 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Sallen made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Udominate turnovers. American guard Tiffany Brown (165-86, college: Georgia South) scored 32 points and 6 steals to lead the charge for the winners and the former international Kadidja Andersson (183-80, college: Minnesota) chipped in 10 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Sallen's coach Johan Persson used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
