Semi-Finals Game 1: Kouvot - BC Nokia 99-67

Kouvot eased past BK Nokia to take 1-0 lead in the series. The game was mostly controlled by Kouvot. BC Nokia managed to win fourth quarter 23-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Kouvot forced 22 BC Nokia turnovers. American guard D.J. Richardson (190-91, college: Illinois, agency: Inception Sports) fired 31 points and 4 steals for the winners. The former international Ville Kaunisto (205-82, agency: Court Side) chipped in 14 points and 7 rebounds. Four Kouvot players scored in double figures. Forward Eldar Skamo (198-86) produced 17 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and Serbian power forward Dragan Labovic (207-87) added 12 points respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
