Quarter-Finals Round 3: Gotha - Hamburg 66-61

Gotha topped Hamburg to narrow the deficit in the quarterfinal series. Hamburg was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for naturalized American guard Max Dileo (185-93, college: Monmouth) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points. American power forward Joe Lawson (201-92, college: Indianapolis, agency: Interperformances) helped adding 9 points and 8 rebounds. Lawson is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Oettinger Rockets Gotha's coach Chris Ensminger allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. The best for the losing side was American forward Jonathon Williams (198-90, college: Wagner) with 14 points and 9 rebounds and the other American import power forward Robert Ferguson (203-85, college: St.Joseph's) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds.
