Roche got away with a narrow victory over Aulnoye to advance into LF2 title game. Aulnoye trailed by 12 points at halftime and as many as 16 after three quarters before a 27-13 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 64-66 at the end of the game. Roche made 23-of-30 free shots (76.7 percent) during the game. Roche had a 18-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. 25 personal fouls committed by Aulnoye helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Naturalized Senegalese forward Mariame Dia (185-78) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds (made all of her eight free throws) for the winners and guard Johana Tayeau (173-89) chipped in 14 points and 5 assists. At the losing side forward Marie Frederique Ayissi (184-82) responded with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds and guard Caroline Plust (170-93) scored 11 points. Five Aulnoye players scored in double figures.
