Waregem outgunned KBGO Duva on the road to even the series at 1-1. The game was mostly controlled by Waregem. KBGO Duva was better in second period 22-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Waregem won last quarter 26-11. Center Bart Willy Samaey (199-87) had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and forward Brecht Guillemyn (192-87) chipped in 18 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Four Waregem players scored in double figures. Point guard Sam Hemeleers (180-95) responded with 15 points and 5 rebounds and center Roby Rogiers (203-97) scored 15 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
