Quarter-Finals Round 1: Ksiezak Lowicz - Asseco II 90-97

Asseco II defeated Ksiezak Lowica to gain 1-0 lead in the series. Asseco II outrebounded Ksiezak Lowicz 49-29 including a 37-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Asseco II especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 57.9 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Bartosz Jankowski (193-96) who helped to win the game recording 38 points (!!!) (perfect behind the arc making all seven shots !!!). Guard Marcin Wielunski (196-96) contributed with a triple-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners. Arkadiusz Kobus (196-86, agency: Promotex) answered with 28 points and 7 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) and point guard Hubert Makuch (180-85) added 17 points and 9 assists in the effort for Ksiezak Lowicz. Four Asseco II and five Ksiezak Lowicz players scored in double figures.
