Quarter-Finals Round 3: BK Opava - BK Pardubice 83-74

BK Opava topped BK Pardubice to cut the deficit in the series. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 26-19. But BK Pardubice won second period 22-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when BK Opava won last quarter 21-14. It was a great evening for the former international guard Jakub Sirina (186-87) who led his team to a victory scoring 14 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Guard Filip Zbranek (195-89) helped adding 17 points. The best for the losing side was the former international forward Lukas Kotas (193-84) with 20 points and 4 steals and the former international forward Radek Necas (206-80) scored 8 points and 10 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
