We should mention about the upset which took place in Kosice, where 14th ranked Havirov (10-15) was outleveled in a road game by seventeenth ranked Basket Kosice (9-16) 89-68 on Sunday. Basket Kosice well out of reach of Havirov shooting 100.0 percent from the field. Power forward Dusan Hlavacek (197-77) stepped up and scored 22 points (perfect from the field making all ten shots !!!) for the winners and guard Dominik Adasek (190-92) chipped in 18 points (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!). Five Basket Kosice players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was guard Michal Palat (194-90) with 23 points (perfect from the field making all nine shots !!!) and forward Martin Horkel (197) scored 13 points (perfect from the field making all six shots). Basket Kosice moved-up to sixteenth place. Havirov at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the fourteenth position with 15 games lost. They share it with Vysocina.
