Finals Game 1: Tarbes - Roche 77-60

Tarbes fired past Roche in the Final tonight and earned LF2 title. The game was mostly controlled by Tarbes. Roche was better in third quarter 19-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Tarbes forced 19 Roche turnovers. Serbian power forward Ivanka Matic (193-79, agency: Regeneracom Sports) nailed a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!) for the winning side and the former international guard Adja Konteh (178-92, agency: Comsport) accounted for 14 points and 8 assists. Five Tarbes players scored in double figures. Naturalized Senegalese forward Mariame Dia (185-78) came up with 19 points and 9 rebounds and DR Congolese center Bernadette Ngoyisa (195-82) added 16 points and 12 rebounds respectively for Roche in the defeat. Roche's coach Emmanuel Body rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win.
