Finals Game 2: Haukar - KR 82-88

KR topped Haukar on the road to gain 2-0 lead in the championship series. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. KR shot 21 for 31 from the free-throw line, while Haukar only scored five points from the stripe. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. 26 personal fouls committed by Haukar helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American forward Michael Craion (195-89, college: ORU) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 27 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international guard Brynjar Bjornsson (188-88, college: Francis Marion) contributed with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. American forward Brandon Mobley (206-91, college: Seton Hall, agency: HMS) replied with a double-double by scoring 28 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international center Finnur Magnusson (207-85, college: Catawba) added 15 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Haukar. Four Haukar players scored in double figures.
