Brasilia rolled past Paulistano to gain 2-1 lead in the series. The game without a history. Brasilia led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot 60.3 percent from the field and made 19-of-24 charity shots (79.2 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for Brasilia especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.0 percentage. 28 personal fouls committed by Paulistano helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for international Guilherme Giovannoni (203-80) who led his team to a victory with 24 points (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). International point guard Deryk Ramos (185-94) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Brasilia's coach Jose Carlos Vidal allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The former international center Caio Silveira (211-87, agency: Interperformances) answered with 20 points and 7 rebounds and American point guard Kenny Dawkins (175-87, college: Lamar) added 15 points and 4 assists in the effort for Paulistano.
